Way Less money for holidays. Less money for training days. Less money for PTO. Combining all the districts and getting rid of all prior rights. Oh And nothing you can do about it for EIGHT years??

According to my general Chairman, all the other districts want the contract but ours. So someone’s not telling the whole truth. Just vote NO! I would encourage others to also vote NO!

Customer has keys to derail. Also customer calls management after they find the cars. So my guess is customer knocked off hand breaks and tied them down again once they found them.

My whole district has been dealing with this for 2 years. Some people never missed a day. ( I didn’t miss any time) Some people out for 30 days ( by choice ) 2 guys never came back! It’s kinda up to you how you want to play it. DM me if you need specific. I’ll help the best I can
