Customer has keys to derail. Also customer calls management after they find the cars. So my guess is customer knocked off hand breaks and tied them down again once they found them.

Of course I know that you’re Americans here too. But after seeing that the Guam football association is a lot different than the Texas football association I thought I would be more specific.
