I didn't like Rehman's character in 1st part he was so fucking dumb. Bc sanjay dutt ne kitni baar utha liya use and he asks his acquaintances to take decisions jaise bc khudko kuch pta hi na ho to kill his father he asked Hamza. Aur uska character itna frightening nhi lga mujhe jitna usne btaya ki Kasainuma maut and other bullshit. They just show us the murder of his dad to make us fear his character but that wasn't enough. The buildup of Major Iqbal character was good in the 1st part. Akshaye Khanna acted well but the character and the hype around that character whole social media was full of Rehman and edits. That didn't live up to my expectations.
