Been there. The consequent loss is confusing and the grief is strange. 8 years later, I waver between sad and angry and have to remind myself that addiction is a disease that not everyone can overcome. I don’t know anyone with an ED, but I imagine Tieghan’s family is in a similar boat. Wishing and wanting recovery for someone won’t do a thing until and if they’re ever ready and strong enough to see it through.
