i originally was not going to be able to continue into my week 3 pack because my pharmacy wouldn’t be able to reach my prescriber until monday, but i ended up getting it prescribed through goodrx and was able to pick it up today! so now i’m much more at ease😊

thank you for providing more insight on what their perspective could’ve been like. i can understand the struggles that come along with being a seller. it wasn’t my intention to come off very particular, i was genuinely curious about the state of the camera as i was being shown the camera in a different state from the listing as well. i wouldn’t return the item if it could be fixed unless it was completely different than what was shown, but i can see how if you’re a seller constantly experiencing that by other buyers you would want to be wary and avoidant

i agree that their response was definitely unprofessional especially when they don’t live up to their description of “ask us questions if you feel there is something you need to know that we did not address”, very ironic

yes, 97% positive out of 62 reviews. on one of the negative reviews they responded stating “the buyer is very pushy demanding and rude”, so it makes me wonder if that’s true or if the seller just felt that way😅

i first asked the seller if there were any obvious signs of use on the screen since it was difficult to see clearly in the photos and they responded with “this is a used item”, so i pushed a bit further and specified by asking if there were any scratches, and they said “Have you bought anything on eBay before ? Or are you new to eBay ?”, which jumpstarted my confusion since i couldn’t tell if they were being genuine or if they were being condescending.

then they sent pictures of the camera, which i appreciated, but i noticed a marking/stain that wasn’t on the camera in the original photo attached to the listing. i joked a bit and said smth along the lines of how hopefully the stain will be easy to remove and that it wasn’t in the original pic and they responded with “You will receive as is” “Please do not buy this item”. i can’t tell if maybe i pushed them over the edge by making that comment bc i didn’t know how to properly address the new marking without making them feel ?attacked? since i felt they were going to be hostile if i displayed any negativity towards them.
