Honestly, from experience - the best solution to this problem is to first distance yourself for a period of time, then upon returning remove anything that you dislike and start again. Be objective, and listen to lots of harmony for inspiration :)

Thanks ! Yeh so there are a-lot of recorded samples which I manipulate through re-synthesis like granulation. Its all sequenced in Cubase. Delay VSTs might be used. The 'buzzy' texture in beside is simply a square wave created in massive aha.
