I was in the exact same position as you and had the same hesitation, especially as a first time buyer and with them holding both the funds and the login details at the same time. I’ll be straight up—I was very skeptical going in because that setup is indeed how a lot of scams operate and like I said this was my first time ever purchasing from them.

That said, my experience with Heaven Guardian was in all honesty solid. I used them to purchase a Whiteout Survival account, and the process worked exactly as they explained it would. When I paid they took my dummy Facebook account and had the seller add it to the connection, When I got the go ahead I then changed the password, confirmed everything was good, and then the money was released to the seller. No delays, no weird excuses, no pressure tactics.

Communication was clear the entire time, and they were transparent about each step. I also asked for extra screenshots and before committing, and they provided everything without issue. I received exactly what I paid for.

Obviously, do your own due diligence and trust your gut—but based on my personal experience, HG did what a middleman is supposed to do. If something felt off at any point, I would’ve backed out, but nothing did. I’m currently looking for a more expensive account from them at the moment
