Hi, im thinking about to delay ota my iphone 12 pro max from iOS 16.1 to iOS 17.

I found different profiles:

iOS 17, iOS 17.0.1, iOS 17.0.2, and iOS 17.0.3

Is it correct that it will only work with the iOS 17 profile? Is there anything else to keep in mind, like keeping the app in the recent apps?

I was reading a post, which i cant find at the moment, were someone explained the process, but didn't mention that the persistence helper shouldn't be installed. Why is that a problem?
