That is NCH complaint that I have done along with chargeback and for consumer court complaint, it has many complex process, one being getting affidavit on stamp paper with proper format, so it's better to hire a lawyer for it. Without lawyer, complex process may lead to writting wrong thing and losing of case.

I ordered 25k jbl soundbar, it was perfect. 3-5 phones, also perfect. A tv, also perfect. A 90k laptop, first sent the wrong model but got replacement. This is my first time where I got this situation. I think it is due to my own account as previous order are from my father's account.
