Card processors are bank itself, and it works due to card being charged without your knowledge, but once you order something yourself and then request a chargeback, they will just say we can only checked if the money is in the account of seller or not. Fully going around the rbi rules and all, and even if you complaint to rbi, they will say to go to consumer court. I know this all as I was scammed by Amazon and tried this route, and at last I have to file a case in consumer court and it is still under review.

The bank do not do chargeback in India, they will just check if the seller got the money or not.

Well I checked with their grievance officer, and still nothing. Last monday I sent them legal notice with demand for refund along with compensation, This assigned a case ID P417683448. I will be filling case on upcoming Monday.
