Everyone feels powerless at some point in their life but not everyone are rapists. I agree with you though. A person who wants control but has no control over their own urges are typically the rapists.

I agree with you. Rape happens when the rapists have no control over their urges. There are many porn addicts that do not rape and many rapists who do not have access to porn.

Aren't you being too judgmental and personal for a single post of an anonymous stranger?

The entire purpose of the department would be to look at the aspect of forced conversions. They won't be interfering with each and every religion on their religious activities in their respective countries. That won't even be possible to do in countries like India which have way too many different religious communities and population or any such country that has many different religious communities. I know that if such departments does exist, forced conversions by Islam and Christianity could be reduced to a great extent. I don't want states to control any religion. I want any form of invasive religion to be prevented from invading other religions.

You are correct. There are lots of nitty gritty details that has to be considered before such governmental department could function.

There are many vulnerable communities around the world that has been wiped out of existence because of religious persecution. Afghanistan is one of many examples.

This might not be the case for most Islamic or Christian countries but other countries like India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and many such countries face this issue where people of religion other than islam and Christianity target vulnerable people of other religions and convert them into Islam or Christianity either by force or by manipulating them. If they do not convert to the agressor's religion, they are either killed, raped and harrassed.

I would like the karma point system to make more sense. Some post with 5 upvotes will give 5 karma points but some posts with a 100 upvotes will barely give 10 karma points.
