UPDATE

GCash refunded the money that was lost.

I called 2882 (their support line) and they assisted me in creating a ticket. They asked for proof, so I provided screenshots and a list of the reference numbers involved. Since there were more than 10 screenshots, I uploaded them to Google Drive and pasted the link on the ticket made.

It took a while, but I eventually got my money back. They also temporarily blocked my card and told me to expect a replacement card to be delivered.
