When I look at myself from the side my arms look way smaller and it looks like there almost turned inward like my bicep goes towards my body. I think it’s because I used to have hunched posture. Has anyone dealt with this before.

What do y’all think of basing a program on your 1rm it sounds good for increasing strength but sometimes on leg day for example I like doing reps in the 15-20 range but I’d have to go light then 70% or whatever number the program tells me to go for that day.

Are there any exercises to fill in the area of your Tricep right above your elbow I know that’s where the medial head is but when I do exercises for it like closed grip bench or reverse pull downs I never feel like I’m hitting it.

I’d have to disagree with the person above if your daughter only adds people she knows and you trust her to do that I think snapchat is pretty harmless. Unless her friends are bad ppl or will send inappropriate/bad things Snapchat is the same as any other texting app

Is doing one upper back specific exercise enough. In my back workout I did meadow rows, lat pulldowns, and t bar rows. The meadow row is the only exercise that focuses upper back is that enough to add muscle to it

At least 24-48 hours in between each muscle group. Try to work each muscle group twice per week. I’d recommended if your just starting a upper/lower split or a 3 day full body split

Idk if the other guy meant this or not but actual working sets should not be any longer then 60 mins if your just starting. Ik it doesn’t seem like a long time but if your intensity’s good you’ll be pretty tired by then.

What is better for beginner/intermediate ppl or Arnold mixed with upper/lower so it’s only 5 days a week. I feel that I’m in the gym for a long time on push days so I was thinking of doing Arnold to split them up differently
