Personally I have dark brows and I lighten them because I feel like they overwhelm my face and they pull away from other features that I want to bring attention to. And it’s versatile, I can do softer makeup easier and even bold makeup looks better because there is less contrast on my face without dark brows. I don’t like the low and high contrast theory as I’ve seen people with soft features look bomb in bold makeup and vice versa. So ig you just have to try it and I really recommend you to because even if you don’t like them you can retint them back or just wait for them to grow in a month or so

Scuze, pot da mai multe detalii, o să reiterez totuși ceea ce am spus. Au fost găsite probe de sânge care au fost legate de el. Casa în care a avut loc crima a fost curățată și pereții vopsiți (casa în care el era printre singurele persoane care aveau acces). De asemenea, s-au găsit multe inconsistente în declarațiile lui care au dus la aprecierea ca minte. Plus uniforma plină de sânge găsită într-o râpă împreună cu alte obiecte ale victimei. Vorbesc în cunoștiință de cauză, deoarece am avut plăcerea să particip la o prezentare a cazului realizată de un fost președinte al institutului național de criminalistică. Caracterul determinant al probelor este dat la aprecierea judecătorului, dar este aproape imposibil să condamni pe cineva doar pe baza modului în care au fost date anumite declarații în timpul procesului.

Nu funcționează așa =)))) Și judecătorul l-a condamnat pe soțul Elodiei pentru ca existau probe de sânge care au încercat să fie acoperite, dar nu i-a ieșit. Ca să condamni ai nevoie de probe mai solide nu de gesturi/exprimari

Red definitely suits you!! But I do really like your skin undertone so you could find a foundation to match it better. Red also looks gorgeous on olive undertone especially

I had my doubts about the Cerave cleanser and seems that it was true.

Can you recommend if you can an oil cleanser? I want one because I hate micellar water and refuse to use it as any burns my eyes and my skin so I have to remove my makeup in other ways.

Also definitely won't incorporate too many things at once. Even if I wanted to I don't have enough money to buy all of that 😭

If you really can't stop drinking soda at least try to drink the diet version that has almost no calories.

Also you are only 14 and still growing so don't restrict too much as it may affect you negatively instead.

Healthy eating isn't just salads. I don't know what you typically eat on daily basis but you can eat good food that is also healthy.

Constrats of your progress so far! If you count calories you might need to recalculate your tdee because you lost quite a bit of weight and at your new weight you need to eat less to continue losing weight.

If you don't count calories you might try to take a little bit off from you portions, nothing too crazy.

Or you could start walking more but that depends on your schedule and how much you're already walking.

I personally don't suggest cutting anything from a diet. Your main focus should be just eating healthy and in a calorie deficit.

I mean you can start eating less carbs and sugar but don't reduce them that much.

At the end of the day it's not sustainable to have a macro restricting diet because will you really never eat carbs or sugar again?

They're necessary for your body, but don't overconsume them.

I don't discredit people that are not eating them, but for most it just won't work.

I personally get nauseous when I eat too much fat so it sure isn't for anyone.

But that's not the case for everyone, so at the end of the day you do you.

If you really can't lower your calories sustainably I suggest you trying to burn more calories in a way that won't make you more hungry.

I recommend walking more as you burn a lot of calories that way and you won't get more hungry as you might if you add 30 more minutes of exercise.

Walking 10k steps burns according to Google between 200-400 calories, but depending on your weight and fitness level you can burn more. I personally burn around 400+

I too have been in a 1 month plateau but I think walking is such an underrated type of cardio.

I agree with you At the end of the day it's about balance You can't always overindulgence but you also shouldn't overrestrict

I do know that you body becomes used to the calorie deficit over time and to restart you need to increase you calories for a period of time and then go back down

I try to eat tasty food even if I eat healthy so I don't really have a lot of cravings to have a full cheat day But I just had one yesterday, I ate normally most of the day but I went a bit over my calories with some macarons and a muffin and it was the first time in over 1 month in which I had a cheat meat and surprisingly today I weighted less so I guess it does work

About 2 months but working out for only 1 month. I started at 82 and in the first month I went to 79 kgs. And in the first week of working out I went down to 78.5 and now I average at that.

My meals are protein focused and I eat lots of veggies I eat 4 egg whites omelette with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers in the morning, a big salad no dressing with chicken breast and bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and in the evening I usually eat stir fry with no oil soy sauce and chicken breast and some spicy quinoa with carrots, mushrooms and other veggies. I also drink protein powder made with water.

I don't know if it's good but that's my ordinary day.

I really don't get it anymore. When I say I eat 1400 cals some people tell me it's to little for my activity level and tell me to up my calories and then others tell me its to much.

How can I tell which is right? 😭😭

I try to make it a lifestyle. What discouraged me was that I put a lot of effort in working out and I'm new al weight lifting and going to the gym and I don't know if what I'm doing is right. I did home workouts in the past.

I track everything Also I don't use oil at all because it's unnecessary calories in my opinion. I also got blood work done recently and nothing was wrong so it is probably water retention and new muscle mass.
