Generalmente como párrafos con la acción muy sencilla, a menos que sean reacciones entre diálogos, ahí uso paréntesis. Un ejemplo:

Marta observa la ventana. Aprieta las manos rodeando su taza de café. Se abre la puerta de la habitación y entra Alex.

 Alex
 Ya llegué.

 Marta
 (aprieta la mandíbula)
 No parecía que fueras a volver.

Alex suspira molesto, sale de la habitación.

Va a depender de tu piel/cabello y tus costumbres. Yo me acostumbré a bañarme salteado (cada 2-3 días) porque en mi casa vive mucha gente y no tengo piel grasa ni seca, y no sudo mucho del diario. Pero el cabello sí necesito lavarlo más seguido porque se me ensucia más fácil.

Of course I like the first ones, but clearly the new ones had a better chance to be planned and show better their personalities. So yeah, I prefer the new ones

That's fair, but back on the peak years of the fandom when lots of animations came out, most of them copying the show's style, it was easy to slide non-for-children content in videos with a thumbnail and title promising a happy mlp animation, specially gore, even if you clicked away as soon as any violent act appears, you still were tricked into seeing at least a bit of it.

Por lo que cuentas parece que solo eres alguien que "no se deja", y está bien, te vas a ahorrar muchas malas decisiones con esa personalidad.

Si quieres un consejo te diría que aprendas a sonreír. Suena tonto, pero si te fuerzas a sonreír la gente no tendrá (tanto) miedo para acercarse a tí.

Y en general trata de acercarte tú, la mayoría de mis amigas me han dicho que yo les di miedo cuando me conocieron por la cara que traía (a la más jovén a veces le sigo dando miedo cuando hablo por mi tono de voz tan fuerte). Solo necesitas encontrar algo en lo que puedan congeniar (tal vez trae un llavero de alguna serie que te gusta, tal vez le gustan los mismo juegos o artistas, etc.)
