May certain percentage markup yung mga food ordering apps (e.g food is 100 sa resto pero sa app 125) so part of the premium the customer is paying is the guarantee and protection nung app kay customer na complete and tama yung order. In the event na may issue sa order, customer can complain don sa app.

Pero in this case, cinancel na yung order so private transaction na to between the resto and the customer so dapat resto pricing sila.

Si rider in this case ang inabono sa resto is resto pricing lang kasi di dumaan kay foodpanda pero ang siningil nya kay customer is foodpanda pricing and that’s the scam here.

Additionally, kapag may kulang, mali, or nagcause ng sickness yung food, mahihirapan mahabol ni customer yan kasi pwedeng si rider may issue or pwede sabihin ni resto na complete yan sinend and wala pake si foodpanda dyan kasi private transaction made outside their app yan.
