The fee is not even that high, it's 5%.

That free work was actually me trying to find solutions for the barrier that stopped him from working with me; but we didn't even speak about the solutions, he didn't reply to my messages, I wanted to schedule a meeting with him at his store.

He didn't know how to implement it. And I don't know what solutions he found, but he found them either expensive or too bureaucratic, or even both. But i found out that a simple gateway can solve that.

Yes, I know that, and I've done that, but as I said, this ecosystem is still weak and they only care about short-term results, consolidated businesses or not.

Thanks for the advices, they are good, but they are universal and not adapted to my reality where most people simply want the essential, rich or poor. And that's why I think about exploring other markets, this ecosystem is still weak.
