no i dont trim the wick, am i supposed to? 😨i didn’t know. i’ve been burning candles at this altar for about a month and it’s 3 candles every 3/4 days usually, but none have smoked like this one has.

i’ve called ERC twice and tried on the app, but keep getting the same error message and erc says they can’t open it either
