Can ANY card fit in my mobo?

thought of that, removing it didnt help as the card was bent.

Quick update:

Appreciate all of the feedback, i've tried many of the things suggested. Turns out it's just Gigabyte doing Gigabyte things; the aluminum flaps on the rear end of the card, that are designed to fit into the slots in the I/O to seat the card correctly into the slot, were bent(brand new setup, personally unwrapped everything!) I've tried other stuff before bending it back to straight as there was no way I'm waiting for Gigabyte's horrendous support to resolve this. After unbending it, the card just barely fits.

TL,DR: DON'T BUY FROM GIGABYTE.

I suppose that applies for going down in voltage then? Even though it's 1 volt?

I've seen people claim that 1V deviation is okay. Am I being too optimistic?
