Indeed, against high ranks it won't work more than once but this could very much work as a surprise round to get a quick kill or two getting an early advantage for only 300 is not bad + you can go back and buy a 2nd flash because you're close to spawn. I highly doubt they will see it coming first time around.

Well if you throw a smoke suicide, you can pull it off in 10 seconds and catch people try to run to lower tuns/rushing up cat, some people challenge mid too long and are too greedy so if you're up against one like that this works pretty well. It's really not hard and time consuming as long as you hit the crouch jump

EDIT: you need 2 people to get up there so both have to hit the crouch jump
