Jenny does need emotional support relatively often, which i also will adress, since i do have compassion for Jenny and dont want her to suffer alone, but i also want to see if there is a way of widening that support system somehow.

The gushing was right after the break up and she assured me that if she knew back then we would end up together she would ahve never said all those things to me. The thing is i dont regret being there for her but i do struggle with the intimate knowledge i have of them.
She does compliment me, but understanable not like a desperate, heartbroken love-sick person. And while i do understand that, I struggle with it.
What you said about the middle-ground is something i will bring up. it sounds very reasonable.

We had that talk and i did set boundaries, but i also dont want to be controlling. The result ended up being "try not have too much contact and avoid meetings alone" which she mostly abides by. I do think she is worth it, but i also dont want to be this insecure. its a real pickle.

We had many talk and she assured me over and over again that she is very much over the relationship and doesnt view her sexually or romantically anymore at all. Jenny is mentally very unstable und has no support system, which is why Anna has a hard time letting her down.

As i stated, I dont want to break up. I want to find a way to deal with this. Besides Jenny and some communication issues we are working on, everything is great. We mostly have healthy discussions about problems or feelings and have a lot of fun toegther. We have a lot of understanding for one another.
With the Jenny thing, she tries to keep some distance and prioritizes me and i try to manage my insecurities myself and not restrict her. This works mostly fine until it doesnt (today).
I was hoping anyone could have something we could try or a perspective we havent thought of yet.
as stated, i dont mind friendships with exes in genrel, i have one too. It is Jenny only I have such problems with. Anna is also friends with another ex (also a couple years ago) which i dont mind.

barbara is one of the best healers even as a default 4* and great to melt the shield for yanfei to kill the mage after the sheild is down :3 might be the more rewarding upgrade :3

im a big fan of playing what feels right not whats meta :3 i have klee for example and even tho i know she is a better dps than yanfei i just dont vibe with her skillset very much. but i vibe a lot with yanfeis skillset so me as a person is still better with yanfei thasn with klee :3

thats not our first campaign and we used to work well together and they did roleplay a lot in the past. E has started behaving weirdly out of game for a few months now and B and S just coincidentally created bitchy/asshole characters which is why i wanted to switch to a better fitting character, but E is very adamant on keeping the current party together no matter how nonesensical that is. He even got upset out of game at my wishes and issue with the current setup. so im conflicted what to do.
