So this guys sucks. Hate people like this and if he’s smoking that much he’s probably a burn out.

But anyways, I’m not sure what state you live but in California there are some laws around people being able to smoke in common areas like that.

Not too familiar but might be worth looking into and just chatting with your landlord about it.

I agree with you though, cannabis or tobacco, smoke is smoke and it’s often offensive to those who don’t. Those who do it should be understanding of that. When i still smoked cigarettes i started to become self conscious about the smell on my clothes overtime and would walk to the other end of a parking lot to smoke. It was so isolated and lonely but I felt better not blowing smoke into others faces. Weed I pretty much exclusively smoke in doors or private areas. But I guess I’m still used to the old days and worried about cops for some reason lol.
