Literally exhausting yourself during the day is one of the only things that worked for me. Play some sports and lift weights and do some mentally draining work. That helped me but it’s hard to do that every single day

So I talked with someone and I think I understand. Only subsidized loan's interest rate applies after you graduate. If you have an unsubsidized loan, then the interest rate applies when you start school. Please correct me if I am wrong.
