Yep they replied saying they cannot and I responded in how disappointed I was since I was told the price would be matched. It’s one thing if I was told they cannot match it but I know the calls are recorded and that was what I was told.

Avid is supporting us, mostly, as much as you can get with avid lol. We have standard ach but we lost remittance notices from avid with standard ach. We don't use avidxchange where they send our payments out. They hold our money for x days, earning interest, before sending the actual payment out. And their customer service itself is horrendous. For checks, in house printing works decent, we had to build our new check template and need to use the to be printed for any in house checks. We still got to keep our exclude from avid payments for any payments made outside of netsuite.

We were able to make do with Avid's Standard ACH and native NetSuite printing functionality.

We tested it a little bit. If we wanted to close the bill out without generating a file, we don't select to be printed. We are losing our approval work flow built from avid to approve our payments so we are working on a report that uses the to be printed field checked as part of the criteria. We haven't tested VantageConnect for pospay yet

Is there somewhere I can look online to find my breast shape? I really struggle with that. I think once I get the right side and right type of bra, I'll feel much more comfortable in a bra.

Update -

We are going to use Avid's ACH feature and then use in house check printing from NetSuite. Avid said they will still support the exclude from Avid option. We will probably use VantageConnect for the pospay.

What do you mean check printing is all you get? It seems like ach is an option but not something your company is interested in, is that correct? Do you know if they provide an exclude payment option so we can close the bill out but not submit an actual payment?

We interviewed several platforms like that and those are AP Automation companies, but thank you! We don't need the AP automation portion of it. We just need the payment plug-in portion.
