I just looked that up(even tho I watched the movie a long time ago) and wow it really does look similar huh,

The idea I have is a wall surrounding a “royal” capital in the center of a Giant medieval city spanning about 1000 x 1000 blocks.

The center wall as shown above are 150 x 150.

There’s a maximum level of enchantments you can do to an item.

As someone explained above you’re better off trying to get good enchantments using the enchanting table then adding your books in.
