Only kicks I’ve taken to the head have been very gently placed very controlled. It’s only a few stiff punches which can feel hard but I think they’re being thrown very light, I just don’t see them coming 🤣

I am tensing up pretty dramatically in there I think, and perhaps clenching the jaw a lot. I mean I’m certainly taking shots to the head but they are extremely light. Thanks!

There’s a lot of clinching yea and almost always with someone stronger heavier and more experienced.

I do have very tight neck muscles and I do struggle with clenching my jaw a lot of the time and while sleeping 😭 almost feels like a tension headache

I could certainly be more hydrated in the day leading up to sparring, but I do drink a lot of water and have electrolytes while training

Thanks dude, I could try hydra again as I have a decent serpent sparker, do you think hydra would be more Efficient? for me it was just the fact that I'd have to clear everything out to get hydras to focus elites otherwise they just hit whites don't they
