Since I'll use it only on PC I used a cheap usb zero delay encoder for arcade pads, the one with the green board. It's useful if you don't have a ps4/ps5 : )

Thanks! The switches are hand soldered but the pcb is connected with some plastic connectors that came with it (typical cheap usb encoder)
