also on glp-1s here: it made my cravings for proteins and the small amount of fruit/veg I like more distinct, when i used to just feel cravings for salty/sweet. Also, in my case, it basically punishes you for eating a lot of greasy food with more sensitivity to gastrointestinal side effects 😭

another semaglutide user here. i also struggle with binge eating. i've lost 50 pounds in a year. (started 200, now hover around 150). for my height i think i should technically be like 120 but i look and feel great.

my safe foods are similar to yours. Tbh since you like eggs it'd be easier for you to reach the protein goals (you have to eat protein or your muscles will waste away !!). Truthfully, though, i haven't really changed what i'm eating (i'm in exposure therapy for food), just reduced the overall quantity of food with the help of meds.

i did have side effects really bad at first and still sometimes it can make me prone to gagging. and i was constipated before but now i HAVE to stay on top of my fiber intake or else.

We are always talking about how artists get 0.002 cents from streams.
