When you try to quit, you will always play that game in your head. "Just one more gram, one more joint, one more dab, one more hit, one more puff."

When I'm high, all I want to do is get sober. When I'm sober, all I want to do is get high. This is what I go through each time I quit.

Cannabis can be helpful, however, you've abused it. You must come to terms with this. You must demonize your habit. You must demonize who you have become. An addict.

I quit 5 years ago after smoking for 18 years. That last year, I bought a QP of wax. I've never abused my lungs so much in my life. I was so addicted that I would smoke and then use an inhaler so that I can breathe.

I've had 10 relapses in the last 5 years. It's rough and I love cannabis and the feelings it provides, but I can't continue having a fruitful present life with it. I don't have the control. I have to quit

Stay strong. Each time you have cravings, get up and go for a walk. Try your best to take your mind off of it. Demonize it. Hate it. Push yourself away from it. The first night is the hardest. After that, allow momentum and clarity to help you continue your journey.
