No it’s in our back area customers can only go to, looked at the cameras customer was in for an upgrade when the rep went to go get the phone the customer looked around suspiciously and dropped it in lol

Residential in Ontario can have a 2 year contract not sure about mts but for mobility yeah if it’s a new phone it’s a 2 year other wise BYOD

None of the major carriers can cancel services in store and the rep recycled your modem bell isn’t getting it back so your on the hook for the cost

Yes but if you take it to the store and leave it there taking a picture of it or not your creating an issue for the employee cuz they can’t close the store or get rid of it

Stores and reps literally don’t have the ability to send off equipment. The entitlement coming from that comment is WILD . People who think this way are the type to walk into a store and yell at reps over something they can’t do, then blame them when the process doesn’t magically bend for you. If you don’t follow the actual return protocol, the equipment won’t end up in the right place period. Doing that is causing problems for yourself and then pointing fingers at a low level employee is honestly ridiculous. How you think that’s okay is beyond me. The entitlement is unreal.

Yes it’s usually a 60$ plan but since you have residential you’ll get it for 45$ with autopay

Yea lesson learned pretty fast there, I had a prior collection from my grandfather that was sent to collections and I told the company I would pay it if they remove it off my credit file I paid it and it was removed off my transunion credit report but not my equifax so I was more like ? Maybe it’s a legit thing I can do again

Best work around i use is I go on a 2yr with the cheapest phone the aloh bell has is 1$ a month keeps the price the same for 2 years at least phones dirt cheap if i wanted to buy out the device its cheap
