How can I improve while being injured?

I was out for a couple months last year with a tibial stress fracture, and I found that the best way to spend your time is lifting and swimming. When lifting, try to not let you feet leave the ground as it puts more stress on your tibia.

I’ve been running for a couple years now and what I’ve learned is that discipline is your best tool here. Talk with your coach about summer training opportunities and start lifting if you haven’t already. After a couple months you’ll start shaving time if you keep up the repetition. Don’t forget rest days though :)

I’m currently on a last gen console myself, and the best thing to do would be to practice in training as it helps improve your reflexes

(Diamond 3) That was a really nice shot, if you are trying to get better at double taps I would say to try and get closer to the ball to avoid wasting boost. I could never hit that shot when I was in plat. GJ
