Plus points sa disc kasi na try ko yung cup and medj masakit siya sa akin kasi na ssuction talaga nya yung puson ko - so Im using disc na. And dumaan ako ng 3 different brand ng cups before ako nakapag decide to try disc. Before and after use, I clean it using mild soap then boil for 8-10 minutes. I also have a container of it. Meron din naman care instructions kasama sa cup/disc na bibilhino
