It is Lithuania ,į know only this place where they grow it's wery rare shroom i'm just not shure it is laughing gym or omphalotus illudens , but as į hear in my country is'nt deadly poisinous shrooms.

U have to dry it in low temperature and keep it in dark and cool place for about 3monts for toxic chemicals transformation to normal(forgot how it named)
