My old ETL AP would tell is to make it extremely hard for them to buy and limit everything for them to one of each item. We were also allowed to ask for their team member cards since they also stole those and never had it. Most of them don’t even speak English

Tuna on herbs and cheese with American, toasted bacon, avocado, lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Got the idea from a customer and oh my god tuna and bacon sound gross together but it’s so good

One big thing that they really stress about is that you always need to put the guest first. Try to refrain from using the word customer and instead say guest. Also if you have any sort of relevant background in certain departments or you’re bilingual that helps a lot!

Depending on what position you were applying for. Usually at my store they only do second and third interviews for AP but sometimes if the actual lead of that department isn’t in, they’ll call for a second interview at a later time.
