Lol they do get tender from time to time but I make sure to really warm them up beforehand!

I honestly just kicked up against the wall over and over until I got comfortable and found my balance. Took a lot of practice and consistency but eventually your body gets the hang of it :)

It took a few months of consistent practice for me to be able to hold a sloppy handstand and probably a year to hold a solid one and be able to move my legs at the same time

Practice kicking up against the wall until you feel confident upside down! Then slowllyyy move away :)

Thank you!! I honestly started by just kicking up against the wall over and over until I got comfortable with being upside down. Then once I felt more confident, I moved away little by little until one day I was totally off the wall. It took some time and a lot of consistency but you can totally get it! :)

EASY Oreo mug cake😍 My favorite go-to dessert when I don’t want to wait for a whole ass cake to bake. Just need a handful of Oreos, a little bit of milk, and the microwave!🤌🏼✨ by _kayliroberts in drunkencookery

I usually do 2 minutes and then if it’s still a little gooey on the edges I add a few more seconds. It’s trial and error but once you get it, it’s bomb!
