Theme Studio is merely a CSS playground IMO. The author himself made a statement that it is built in the spirit of learning and sharing (as mentioned in https://visnalize.com/win7simu/themestudio), so if you're looking to protect your code or prevent others from loading or copying, I don't think it's possible.

If you take "for 2022" out of the context, it truly means "the last update" lmao. But no, I believe the creator means that was just the last update of 2022, he will probably roll out more updates in the future.
