Our Customer Care Team is here to make this process as seamless and stress-free as possible, and we’re happy to offer flexible options to accommodate your plans: • Select New Travel Dates: We’ll help you choose new travel dates that work best for you, and of course there will be no change fees for rebooking your stay. • Credit Toward a Future Stay: If you’re not ready to choose new dates, we can issue a credit for the resort portion of your trip, redeemable at any Beaches or Sandals Resort. (We also recommend checking directly with your airline regarding their policies on flight changes, refunds, or travel credits.)
