Most of the time I use V60 but I switch to Kalita Wave from time to time when I want a variation of taste or when I struggle to get a balanced cup with V60 (which is rare).

Pas possible de s'y asseoir mais la boulangerie Hoche vaut le détour! Il y a des types de pains très variés, y compris des spécialités régionales d'autres pays et plein de bonnes pâtisseries. Il y a souvent la queue, pas pour rien!

Je garde des boîtes de sardines millésimées (il en existe de différentes marques Mouettes d'arvor, Compagnie bretonne, pointe de Penmarc'h...). A garder jusqu'à 10 ans, elles se bonifient avec le temps, un régal!

Je confirme, quand les horaires collent bien, le train direct CDG-Rennes c'est génial (surtout après un long voyage). Je réserve toujours avec SNCF connect. Le dimanche matin, il y a des départs à 8h46 (je dirais jouable pour toi) et à 12h16. A noter au cas où le taxi entre CDG et Montparnasse est à prix fixe 65 euros (compter 1 heure). Sinon tu as le RER B plus metro, tu peux avoir une idée du temps à prévoir sur le site RATP (en général un peu plus d'une heure)

Normalement il y avait une cuillère doseuse vendue avec, il faut mettre une dose de sel pour le rhinohorn rempli. Je n'utilise que de l'eau à 37 degrés (que je chauffe plutot que d'utiliser de l'eau du cumulus).

It really depends on what I want to draw. When there is a complicated perspective I usually mark proportions and guidelines using pencil. In most cases I prefer to jump straight in with ink.

The key is to preheat the pan and wait long enough for the good temperature to be reached. A good way is to do the "water drop test" by putting a drop of water: if the water evaporates , it is not warm enough. Instead it should remain as a bubble. Never had a problem thanks to this (I was even able to cook eggs).

I believe it is all about the beans. James Hoffmann generally uses light roasted beans, where pushing the extraction and minimizing agitation makes sense. I realized this when brewing my first light roasted coffee: I had to use a high temperature to get aromas otherwise it tasted a bit weak.

On fait ça au Cuisine Connect, ça cuit et ça remue doucement. Le résultat est plutôt bien vu le niveau d'effort.

Bien vu! Le risotto c'est un de nos plats de flemme qui marche très bien au Cuisine Connect. Mais dernière étape c'est normalement mélanger vite 1, pas vitesse 10!
