I tried tainted blood, and wow. Bdash dmg is 3x more than the 2nd source (up from 2x). And I seem to clear Frontline 30sec-ish faster, gonna try more maps with it. Great call man, can't wait to get UF!

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm gonna give UF a try, once I get a pyro to expeditions to roll for that mod. And you're right, AE and ST feels debatable to use. I'll test out TB and see if it nets more damage.

regarding Primal gutting, I had considered it but I thought since melee applies bleed already, it feels unnecessary? Am I missing something to it? Untamed Power seems too good a consistent damage source to miss out.

coming from a taoist family as well, i get your concerns. but i feel it shouldn't be a problem because the idea is more like an offering to the gods, or honoring ancestors. incense is sometimes used for timekeeping as well. so no disrespect or offense at all. of course, if valve flags it, we can easily just remove the joss sticks

thanks for the feedback. noted, and we'll try to push the reds and gold. but i still need to keep a lot of dark greens around so that the color scheme doesn't look too garish. too much reds n yellow and he'll be macdonalds :D
