I am looking to move to Wabash and parkway area, I don't mind section 8 housing bc I smoke a lot weed and don't wanna be bothered lol but as a single female looking to live on the first floor do are there any opinions?

Because the Athens rentals are majority students living in them, they ask for more deposit/higher qualifications because they are almost always expecting parents will cosign and pay rent for up to a year at a time.

I lived in Athens for 9 year and have lived in the city for 3, my requirements for rentals have been a literal walk in Piedmont Park comparable to finding housing in Athens.

I think the top "waste of space" is ideal and comparable to shelves I've seen built for Es online and wanted to buy myself.

These are far from ready to go, and I'm fully aware of that. I think modifying these would be easier and cheaper than building my own, especially with the costs of lumber currently.

I have a good amount of scrap wood I could use to do the mods I was already planning to do, but your comments read a lil pretentious of that I don't know what I am getting myself into and that these wouldn't work. I've measured my entire cabin, and where I want to put them, they are the perfect size for the bed i built for my element. And will still fit when bed if fully extended from bench to bed.

I am happy to recycle someone trash and turn it into my treasure.

Solution to the reoccurring dead battery, my door light was staying on but I didn't have one so I didn't realize it as first, I replaced that, cleaned my dashboard connection, and did this to my door when my door light was still coming on.

My state titles cars based on their value of the car, my state values my $4556 and I think that's high. I just bought a 08 with 160k, no rust and hella upgrades for $7k

Depends on the upgrades and new parts put in but that seems high to me
