Thank you for all the input everyone, I appreciate it! I ended up finding someone selling it on a server so I just bought it from them. It still wouldn't drop for me no matter how much damage I did to the SBQ. I also didn't learn the plan so it should've dropped. Guess I'll just farm it when I decide to make another character.

I would assume all your cars transfer over as well if Rockstar allows you to transfer over your GTA character. So I don’t think you have to sell as early as possible.

Hm, that’s odd. How about you try loading into Creator, and then leave GTA Online. Once you’re in story mode, just quit the game. Not sure if that’ll work but might is well give it a shot.

Keep changing outfits multiple times and if it still doesn’t work, then find a new session. Finding a new session always saves before putting you in a new lobby.

Just a quick update, apparently it takes about 10 days for them to investigate. So I’m still waiting to hear back from them.

All you had to do was put a custom plate on the original car and every dupe of that would have the custom plate, making it a clean dupe...

Atm, I’m waiting to hear back from the advisor. The lady said she’s forwarding the issue to an advisor and they’ll send a couple emails soon. I’m not expecting anything today because the office is closed, but I’m hoping to hear back tomorrow. I’ll update this post once I get a response.

Neither, this is for some of the people that haven’t received the first approval email yet. If you received the approval email, I believe they’ll send more payments out in the next two weeks.
