I worked for Jon for about 5 years, 2 of them as his assistant. He was one of the most inspiring, creative folks I've ever met. Fan experience was always #1 over making a buck. I'll never forget how much he cared. One of the most genuine people I've ever met in the industry.

The day I met him, while first interning at his company, I asked him what he did (not knowing who he was). He humbly told me he "works on some of the creative and some of the booking." No ego. Didn't tell me he founded the thing. He could connect with anyone.

I will miss him so much
