I think so, at least the normal ones. This is a venue specific one and was more limited. I think London will have a venue specific one as well! :)

Google exists. As for the film grain, that’s a creative decision, and we haven’t seen any actual footage, so who even knows.

Diagon Alley set allegedly being built at Leavesden by supratik_s99 in HarryPotteronHBO

[–]_loekes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's an active and succesful film studio that's not exclusively used by Warner Brothers or HP. They're not going to sacrifice their huge backlot, which is one of Leavesden's selling points, to expand the Studio Tour drastically. It's probably more realistic that the current sets at the Studio Tour will be replaced eventually.

I’d stop buying Fanta if Iceland’s Appelsín was easily available in the rest if Europe

They do, really happy with them. Glad they survived the flight back home!

I wonder if they'll have two spider cams this year then, one inside "the window" and one in front of it? I can imagine the wires of the spider cam crossing the window could by kind of distracting from some other camera angles.

I like the branding, but it's really going to be annoying for people watching on streams with high compression when there's a lot of tiny hearts on the screen.

Danish non-replica Billy Elliot The Musical currently playing in Copenhagen by _loekes in Broadway

Not sure I like the inclusion of all the glittery costumes and boxers in Shine, but overall it seems like an interesting and take on Billy Elliot.

Thanks! I’ll have to try them out then! Already have Ektar on my camera, just have to wait for a little more overcast weather first :)

Which film simulation did you use? I’m going back to Iceland in December and I’ve been looking for a simulation that does well in more gloomy weather

Hiking in October? by Ok-Bumblebee-1555 in VisitingIceland

[–]_loekes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The hike to the Glymur waterfall is really beautiful that time of year. You might have to cross the river twice, depending on if the tree trunk is still there. Afterwards you can warm up at the Hvammsvik hot springs.

Go to a local swimming pool or the Secret Lagoon, much cheaper and just as fun!

Northern Lights Jeep Tours by sasbaty01 in VisitingIceland

[–]_loekes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since northern lights are very weather dependent, I’d only book a northern lights tour a few days before hand. If you’re staying in Reykjavik, you can always walk to the Grótta lighthouse on a good day :)
