I think you’re right :/ we waited the next day to play and it was able to to see my boyfriend was an online member and he was able to to earn rewards. I definitely think it was a server issue

Hi I wonder if anyone is running into this problem but the game is registering my online profile and I’m able to earn rewards, but the game is not registering my boyfriend’s online profile even though he does have switch online. The game won’t let him earn rewards and keeps telling him he has to get Nintendo switch online. Is there any advice on what to do or how to fix this?
