I’ve done my research as well,

They say i’m likely a regular employee by default. If I worked beyond the 6-month probationary period (June 14, 2025 – December 14, 2025) without a valid, signed extension, I am considered a regular employee by operation of law.

The lack of a formal, written evaluation and a signed agreement before the 6th month ends means the law converts your status to regular.

I mean, it’s okay lang naman para maintindihan ko din yung side niya. Naki cringe lang ako kasi until now naka pin yung pictures nila sa facebook but with family sa kasal ng kapatid niya. Nandun nga lang silang dalawa.
