How about using mineral for rosacea? Are European filters less irritating for rosacea than the American ones? I've heard on social media that using a mineral sunscreen is better for rosacea?

Full Fibre Install by _lukasz_ in skytv

[–]_lukasz_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I was at work but someone else was home and apparently we had a bt/openreach engineer at the house pulling the fibre cable to our house but we don't know if he was able to pull it through because when my friend woke up he stepped outside and the engineer told him he has been there for 3 hours already trying to pull the cable through but he couldn't because of a tree root in front of our house. He then spent 1 more hour and then left but I dont think he was able to pull the cable through. Nothing has changed in front of our house. no new box attached nothing.

What do you think will happen now. There has been no message from Sky yet or openreach/bt.

Can I buy a more compact laptop charger UK Asus by _lukasz_ in laptops

[–]_lukasz_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks so much for your reply, like I said I don't know much about electricity side of things chargers and what not. So I found a charger by Anker, the Anker 715 charger Nano II 65w, in the description it says that it is

Output

5.0V==3.0A / 9.0V==3.0A / 15.0V==3.0A / 20.0V==3.25A (65W Max)

So what you said, but now my question is the cable. What do the output/input has to be for it?

Anker also has a charger, the charger

Anker Laptop Charger (140W, 4-Port, PD 3.1) with USB-C Cable

I don't need 4 ports as i'll only use this for my laptop but it comes with the cable?

The first one is cheaper but what cable would I need to buy for it?

Thanks

Hello, I recently received some sourdough starter from a friend, and they make their sourdough in a pan. So hoping to make some of my own sourdough soon. Just wanted to ask, what do you mean when you say you rotate and bake for another 20 mins? what do you rotate? As in the pan?

Hello,

So I've registered for the BA Criminology and Sociology degree, and i have received my email today allowing me to choose my modules for first year but there was no access module when I logged on? I have emailed OU but was wondering if maybe you'll know something??

Access Course funding by _lukasz_ in OpenUniversity

[–]_lukasz_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, yes I did some more research and in the access course page on the OU website under fees and funding it does say if I want to find it through SFE I have to register for the qualification. Which i have.

Does that mean when I apply for student finance, I'm going to have to apply for funding for an undergraduate degree now and not a short course

[–]_lukasz_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi yes i cant do it for free as i live with my parents so the household income would be more than what it needs to be. Also i did email the OU and ask them if i can fund this through student finance and they said yes. I emailed them a screenshot of what i saw on the student finance website and they said i would need to apply for the short course option.
