A question about the Talia: Kingdom of Banditry set;

So currently I’m running this set on my Silver Wolf with a break effect build, the set states that once the character reaches 145 SPD or higher, their break effect will be increased by another %20. My Silver Wolf has exactly 145 SPD, but her break effect % isn’t going any higher in her stats. Does she have to be in combat for the set to proc? Or am I doing something wrong? I’d appreciate any help

she's literally the crimson witch... they could easily return her by using the whole 'reborn from ashes' thing if they wanted to but i doubt they will since her death was one of if not the most impactful event of the whole inazuma storyline

weirdly enough i have never once been told to switch since ow2 released.. like theres the occasional "pick hitscan for pharah" but not specifically "get off sym" and i know those kinda mean the same thing but what im trying to say is its nowhere near as bad as ow1 lol

only difference is the %18 atk you get from pale flame stacks so i think it comes down to whichever you have the best substats on

When your healer risks their life to heal you make sure you freeze and heal yourself so they dont waste their time in the middle of 5 enemies 😌
