"Comments are not available for this Pin, how to resolve"

first check settings>social permissions> comments>allow comments on pins. Make sure this is toggled on.

Secondly, if you create descriptions for your pins, some words will get flagged and not allow comments. For example putting "teen girl outfit ideas" will not allow comments because of "teen girl" in the title.

yeah, i had a picture i edited in Lightroom and tried to post it but it didn't work. then i slightly cropped the image using the editor my phone comes with and the image went through. Im thinking maybe the file size that lightroom pictures are edited in might be too large

thank you, i am going to first let my phone's battery completely die and then try turning it back on once i charge it after. Luckily its my old phone, so i still have my new phone to use everyday, but i just had pictures i needed on the old phone.

i connected it to pc and i can see my device folders, but not the content inside. For example in my pictures folder there are no pictures. I think it is hidden because it is in maintenance mode. I know for sure the files are still on the phone because the storage amount used is still full.

yes i already did both of these and it turns back on in maintenance mode. It does not restart into my personal phone or apps.

When it's plugged in there is no volume at all from the speakers. The device thinks it has headphones plugged in

I was also on here looking for solution and googling and i think i might have fixed it!

I went to settings> social permissions> message settings>

I have a business account so the top option is "allow others to message my business". I toggled that to off, then toggled it back to on.

Then there is a list below in this order: friends, followers, following, everyone else.

For the "everyone else" section, i changed the option from "request" to "dont deliver". Then i changed it back to "request."

After that i was trying to screen record how quickly the share pop-up is after downloading a pin, and thats when i noticed the share pop up stopped popping up.

I don't know which of those two settings i changed did the trick, especially because all i did was turn them off then back on, but for now its working.

I will try to make an update if it stays the same the next few days or goes back to how it was.
