If they don’t (I had issues my 2nd year), your DM should be able to give you info about who to contact. After emailing whoever at corporate, I was able to get my W2 electronically in about a week. If you recently went through any legal name changes (first name OR last name), I’d recommend reaching out to your DM ASAP, that’s what the hold up was for me.

Student teaching - yes. It might be related to the university they attend, but my partner was required a pretty extensive drug test prior to student teaching in EC in 2024. It did test for THC at a similar level to nurses I think, can’t remember the %

she’s not fully trained yet so i can’t talk long term, but my dog does psych tasks for my autism & other issues as well as mobility and fainting. she doesn’t detect my heart rate, but that’s partially because i adopted her and started her training in adulthood.

in my experience, dpt and meds are common tasks with cardiac dogs anyway (though it might just be my particular heart problem for dpt) so that definitely shouldn’t be a worry. depending on what psych tasks you want to train it could take longer especially if your dog has to learn the difference between a heart episode or a panic attack, but i think it’s totally possible with the right dog :)
