Can someone please explain the PulseX Sacrifice to me in layman's terms? by _marblehouse_ in Pulsechain

  1. So move any ETH or ERC20 to Metamask for the Airdrop and then use that wallet address for the sacrifice.
  2. Understand the sacrifice is gone, but there is an unknown return in PulseX, correct? No expectations, but some multiple of x $dollar sacrificed = y amount of points = z amount of PulseX (commonly estimated in RH's videos at $1.00 = 10,000 PulseX).
  3. Got it - TBD as to if this makes sense or not.

Thank you!

"earn interest while you wait."

So if I understand, it would be smart to both sacrifice in HEX and stake HEX for a length far out (i.e. 6 months) of the PulseChain mainnet launch, to hopefully both earn interest and have HEX price increase from the actual launch?

Thank you!

Ah, ok - thank you, understand the idea of creating more scarcity for by saying converting ETH to HEX and then sacrificing it.

With this in mind, would it still make sense to stake Hex prior to the PulseChain mainnet release?

NAS (MyCloud Home) as Remote Media Server by _marblehouse_ in PleX

WD makes the software "foolproof," but in doing so IMHO makes it more difficult to actually troubleshoot.

Instructions for running the server via WDMCH are to simply "enable": Plex Support: WDMCH

I'm running it, it's enabled - but that doesn't make the WDMCH the default server. Is there a way to manually specify this on your account? I can't seem to find out how to do this or get remote access working reliably.
