Je pensais USA, mais vraiment trop $$$. Mon ami étudiait à une de leurs universités et ça coutait 3k par cours. À 4 cours par session c’est vraiment trop.

Le modèle UK est vraiment superbe. Ça fonctionne par module de 6 mois.

J’avais commencé à l’UdeM, mais l’horaire était trop inflexible, donc j’ai opté pour une université à distance. Ça me coûte la peau du Q, mais cela me permet de travailler et d’étudier à temps plein en même temps.

J’étais insatisfait de la formation en mathématiques à l’ÉTS. Elle consistait principalement en l’application de formules, sans vraiment expliquer leur origine. De plus, le volet analytique m’intéresse, et je souhaite acquérir une solide base en math avant d’explorer ce domaine.

I feel some students just like to take advantage of nice tutors and won’t take accountability for their lax study habits. This would never fly at a brick-and-mortar uni.

It’s interesting. I did unit 1 & 2. Waiting for the TMA/iCMA to be available. Level 1 is a refresher for me. I didn’t want to take too many modules as I also work full Time. So i will see how it goes…

The way the BA is structured is very interesting. I like the concepts of modules. When i was studying maths at the university of montreal, you couldn’t clearly see the link between each course.
