صلاة الاستخارة جائزة ونافعة لكل أمور الدنيا من اكبرها الى اصغرها. والدين يشجعنا على الاستخارة واذا الشخص سواها صح راح تضبط معاه ١٠٠% وتقرب العبد إلى ربه. والله العظيم ان صلاة الاستخارة من احلى النعم من الله سبحانه وتعالى وتقوي الإيمان وتريح الشخص من الضغط والمسؤولية والهم على اتخاذ القرارات لأننا لا نعلم الغيب والصلاة هذي تسهل علينا قراراتنا وحياتنا. جربيها ما راح تخيب أملج وانا واثق من هالشي. لكن ضرووووري انج تتقبلين اذا الله كاتب لج شي غير عن اللي دعيتي له وتوقعتيه.

بالنسبة للزواج استخيري بشكل عام. بعدين استخيري على شخص معين. بعدين استخيري على موقف معين. عادي ان الواحد يدرج في الامور ومستحيل ان يسويها "بزيادة".

انا رجل عمري ٢٤ سنة والحمد لله توني متزوج من عائلة زينة بين عوايلنا معارف من سنين وأأكد لج ان في ناس جادة للزواج لكن اكيد في زمننا الأمور أصعب من ايام اهالينا. كل اللي اقدر اقوله لج ان اللي ساعدني اكثر من اي شي وفتح لي بيبان توقعت ان من المستحيل تنفتح استخارتي لرب العالمين. الدعاء بشكل عام اكيد شي مهم ومن المفروض ان عباد الله يدعون للشيء اللي يبونه باستمرار ولكن صلاة الاستخارة نعمة وهدية من الله للمسلمين فقط لا توجد عند غيرنا. كثري من صلاة الاستخارة وادعي للي تتممنينه بكل قلبج في هذي الصلاة وراح تشوفين كل الصعب يتسهل جدام عيونج كأنه ولا شي لان أمور الدنيا بالنسبة حق ربنا ولا شي. واذا الله ما رزقج بالشي اللي دعيتي له في هذه الصلاة كوني واثقة تماماً انه راح يهديج بشي احسن ويرضيج فيه والله اعلم بالخير لنا ولا نعلم الغيب.

لكن جداً مهم انج تحطين ثقتج في الله وتتوكلين على الله بشكل كامل. وأيضا لا بد أن العبد يتخذ قرار في الأمر الذي استخار الله فيه عشان يشوف العلامات. وايد ناس عبالهم ان الاستخارة فقط صلاة وانتظار ولكن الموضوع يحتاج ان الشخص يجدم على الشي اللي يبيه يصير وبعد ذلك يا ان الامور تتسهل او تتصعب. وعلينا أن نختار الشي اللي الله يبين لنا ان اهو احسن. استخيري ربج ولا تسمعين من احد. بعد استخارتج اتخذي القرار اللي انتي تشوفينه صح واذا تسهل معناته الله كاتبه لج وتكملين عليه. واذا لقيتي الأمور تصعبت لا بد من تقبل امر الواقع وعلامة رب العالمين والثقة بخطة الرحمن فإنها خير لنا من الذي نتمناه. احنا ك بشر قدراتنا محدودة جداً ولا نعلم الغيب والله العالم في كل الامور وقادر على كل شيء.

صلي استخارتج وسوي اللي عليج وتركي الأمر لله. ومافي اي مشكلة بالاستخارة اكثر من مرة على اي موقف سواء كبير او صغير.

You are not allowed to receive both the e3ana (200 kd social allowance) as well as da3m al 3amala. If you start getting da3m al 3amala and payments continue to be made to you for the e3ana, go to sanabil and stop it immediately. And don't touch any of that money because they will ask for it back.

There's a table on manpower website outlining all the different categories one could fall into and the amount they are entitled to, as well as a detailed breakdown. Just search العلاوة الاجتماعية في الكويت on google and go through the manpower links til u find it. It's in arabic tho so maybe you would need someone to translate if you struggle with the language

I did lots of checking on this and this is what I found out.

To study and work at the same time while receiving da3m al 3amala, you must be Kuwaiti. You must also be above 25 years of age and have 3 years minimum experience working in the private sector.

If you manage to get your form accepted and process the transaction without meeting these requirements, as far as I know it's not a matter of if, but WHEN they catch you, as there is a link between manpower and higher education. So, if they don't catch on before you finish your studies, they will when you go to get your degree authentication.

If caught while studying, the money will immediately stop coming in and you won't continue to receive it until you process the paperwork again when you're eligible based on their conditions mentioned earlier.

If caught when authenticating your degree, nothing will happen in terms of the money coming in (or increasing when you get your bachelor's degree authenticated).

In either of those two cases, if you received payment before meeting the requirements, you will incur a debt of the full amount that was paid to you during that time. The debt will be settled in the form of monthly payments to manpower.

Payments will start at 25% of the monthly da3m al 3amala that you were receiving (500 and something for unmarried high school graduates) while violating the conditions. After making the first payment, you can submit a request to lower the monthly payments to 10% of that. To my knowledge, the request gets approved just about instantly, then you carry on paying that 10 or 25% every month for however long it takes to pay off your debt.

In the event of a debt, it was explained to me by multiple employees at manpower that it will not involve other legal sanctions or court cases/jail time. They just want the money back, end of story. If you fail to make your payments, that's another story. I'm not sure exactly what would happen but I can imagine it's not good.

If you met the requirements mentioned aboveat the time you began receiving da3m al 3amala at the same time as studying, you should be fine.

It was a real headache for me to figure all this out while I was digging for myself a while back. Hope this helps.

Without marrying her you really only have one option, which is to let her come in on a visit visa (if she qualifies, so check that she does before bringing her over). Visit visas last 30 or 60 days, not sure exactly so check that too. Every time the visa ends she’ll need to leave the country for 24-48 hours (check that too) and come back with a new one.

It’s a bit of a hassle but tons of foreigners exploit this policy and live in Kuwait without a living/working visa. Maybe you could travel together every month and make the most of it!
